Understanding the Patterns That Keep You Feeling Stuck
People learn to adapt to painful experiences by developing behaviors that once helped them but may no longer serve them. These unhelpful patterns may be affecting how you see yourself, show up in your relationships, and move throughout life. Whether you're in a life stage of transition, coming of age, parenting, or developing relationships, your past experiences may be affecting you more than you know.

Have you ever thought...
"I'm so hard on myself"
"I over think everything"
"I tried therapy before, and nothing worked"
"I can't turn my brain off"
"I feel defective"
"I feel like I'm never enough"
"I hate this part of me"
"I'm anxious"
"I'm stuck"
"I'm depressed"
These patterns may show up as…

Dissociation or feeling detached from yourself and others
Perfectionism and high expectations of yourself
Self-criticism and shame
Anxiety in relationships
Fear of rejection or abandonment
Feeling empty, depressed, or disconnected
Repeating painful relationship patterns
What Happens Next

Starting therapy, especially for the first time, can feel uncertain. Here's exactly what getting started looks like:
Step 1: Free 15-Minute Consultation
We connect for a short call. No intake paperwork, no pressure. You share a little about what's been going on, ask any questions you have, what insurance and payment options look like, and we both get a feel for whether working together is the right fit.
Step 2: Intake Session
If we decide to move forward, we schedule a 60-minute intake session. This is where we go deeper: your history, your goals, and what healing looks like for you.
Step 3: Ongoing Sessions
We meet regularly (weekly for most clients) and the work begins. Whether that's EMDR, IFS, or a blend of approaches, the therapy is tailored to you.
All sessions are virtual. You can join from anywhere in Arizona or Utah, on your phone or computer.
